About

“Promoting our Library as Part of Your Life “

Our Mission:  Volunteering to maintain an association promoting library resources; encouraging gifts of service, collections, endowments and bequests;  providing community enrichment and online services.

Friends of the Auburn Library (FOL) was established in 1954!  A small group of dedicated volunteers formed the nonprofit organization with a mission to support the local public library and keep our community healthy and strong. (nonprofit 501(c)(3) Tax ID #94-2878154)

Our Auburn FOL work continues today along side our Auburn Public library, 50 years later!  Each year FOL volunteers put in their time, talent, and skills to support our library so that they can meet the wide variety of needs in our community.  To do this we need a variety of people.   Please consider joining us and contributing to the Auburn Library.  You choose the time and areas of support.
